Nida Dar hit a shot straight into the hand of the fielder in the offside and the Pakistan team could score only one run off the last ball. Due to its own mistakes, the Pakistani team missed out on entering the final and was eliminated from this tournament.

Team India defeated Thailand by 74 runs in the first semi-final on Thursday. After defeating Pakistan in the second semi-final, Sri Lanka has now entered the final, where the title clash between India and Sri Lanka will be held on Saturday. The Indian team has won the Asia Cup six times so far and now India would like to win this tournament again.
