Former India player and the current Member of Parliament, Gautam Gambhir has named three Indian bowlers to watch out for in a three-match series against New Zealand.
The home team will be playing under new captain and head coach after the end of Virat Kohli and Ravi Shastri’s tenures with the national team.
India will take on New Zealand in the first T20I on November 17. The national selectors have included several new faces in the team.
Gambhir believes Avesh Khan, Mohammed Siraj and Axar Patel will trouble the Kiwis, who will be without regular skipper Kane Williamson.
Earlier, Gambhir was backing New Zealand to win the T20 World Cup but the Williamson-led team was thumped by Australia in the title clash.
He also spoke on India-Pakistan rivalry in international cricket.
